The need that made me carry out the "visit" was because I had a prescription from my doctor in Brazil and it needed to be redone by an American doctor so that I could buy the same medicine in the USA. The provider cannot carry out the prescription as he is not a specialist in obesity and told me that he would cancel the charge of US 29.00 (which has not been canceled to date) as he could not provide the necessary service. She did not look at my document which was self explanatory saying this is not what we use so she disregarded it. Then she proceeds to tell me my symptoms are wrong when I’m trying to explain to her what I’ve been dealing with. She talks over me as I’m trying to explain certain things. So unprofessional, don’t waste your time . The provider was extremely inappropriate and made me feel like a criminal. She made me feel terrible. She didn’t even ask my name, date of birth, or location.

never got to speak with provider. television are not working. she tried calling me but because we were on my phone for visit it went to my vm. she did not leave a message so I could call her back. very frustrated and unhappy with this. trying to get me script refilled and very unhappy.
