Sheeba Daniel, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a highly skilled board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for 7 years. She obtained her Master’s degree with a specialization in Family practice and a Doctorate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Daniel provides both in-person office visits and tele-visits. She focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care that is convenient and affordable, and will work with you to develop an individualized plan based on your health needs.
For in-person visits, she offers a wide range of health care services for children 2 years and up, adults, and the geriatric population from primary care including preventative care and chronic disease management, acute care and sick visits, sports/school, and camp physicals, STD screening and treatment, and Flu vaccinations. She also offers laboratory services, including blood draws, in-house urine analysis, urine pregnancy testing, COVID-19 antigen, Flu, Strep, and RSV rapid testing.
For Video Tele visit Consultations, she treats patients 18 years and up. She specializes in treating urinary tract infections, skin infections, ear infections, pink eye or conjunctivitis, seasonal allergies, asthma, bronchitis, and Cold/Flu/Strep/Covid/Sinus Infections. She also provides COVID-19 screenings, consultation for plantar fasciitis, erectile dysfunction, yeast infections, vaginal infections, chronic diseases, and video prescription refills.
