The doctor never joined the visit I waited two hours and messaged her twice while waiting. I have yet to get a reply well over 12 hours later. DO NOT BOOK THIS DOCTOR.

Very thorough and quickly met my needs to help me feel better

Oh my. What an easy and quick way to get help, when the regular system was unable to help me for a week. My doctor listened, talk information from a previous visit to my GP about the same issue and simply prescribed the same drug, which worked the last time just fine.

She is wonderful always caring and gives you the correct treatment the first time around. She is my primary care physician. Highly recommend her 👌

She didn’t show up. I waited for 17 mins no show. No message. A waste of my time and my time is valuable as well!!! I want my money refunded!!!!!!

Appointment was specifically for a Dexcom Monitor; however, DR advised me he was unable to prescribe it...my appointment charge has not been refunded.

Super knowledgeable and gives me informative feedback to my concerns about my treatment plan.

Yes never came on

Sylvia was very rude and unprofessional, called me a LIAR when I asked about a form I paid her office to submit to EDD, yelled whilst drinking from a cup, then disconnected a video call mid conversation.

An hour later, and ive still received no help.

I literally paid $50 for her to talk to me for less than 5 mins and then she gave me a number to text my first and last name and then my pharmacy details so she could confirm my last prescription but then I got no response back and no doctors note. This was ridiculous. I want a refund.

First, I’d like to thank Dr. Sylvia!!! Her transparency made me more than comfortable to voice things that one might feel uncomfortable!! Her expertise and knowledge goes beyond measures, to the affect of that of dominoes falling one after the other, you tell her your concerns and immediately she is right behind giving you a solution to address whatever you throw in her direction!!(that of a dominoes affect) Dr. Sylvia is prompt, punctual, and straight to the point!! I would honestly recommend her a million times over if I could! Her welcoming spirit will put any uncertainty you may have in the other direction because she’s that great at her skills. Felt rushed and never got my prescription. Never was asked which pharmacy. No customer care. No help at all.

Have no idea where prescription is. I guess I have to call every one of them to try and find it. All while in very intense pain.
