Takeysha Duarte is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. The has been in healthcare for over 17 years with 5 of those years as a community health primary care provider. She offers a range of telehealth services to both new and existing patients. Takeysha’s services include but are not limited to the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and acid reflux as well as treatment for acute illnesses such as emergency contraception, urinary tract infections, STI testing and treatment, and yeast infections. Takeysha is dedicated to delivering personalized care. She partners with the patient to formulate the best plan of care. Known and loved by her patients for her attentive and caring bedside manner.
