I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an office in Downtown Seattle, specializing in Men’s Issues with self-esteem, loneliness, depression, anxiety, relationships, emotional fluency, and life transitions. I work to provide culturally sensitive care and my practice is affirming of varying sexual orientations, people of color, and individuals with marginalized identities.
Having worked in a variety of settings, including Houseless and Low Income/No Income Outpatient Substance Use Counseling and LGBTQ Community Mental Health Counseling in Downtown Seattle, Rural Idaho Counseling and Private Practice in Palm Springs and Seattle, I have a unique understanding of a broad spectrum of pathways clients experience in human development, relational patterns, and larger social structures. My insight-oriented approach helps clients to better understand how they see themselves, their roles within relationships, and how the world looks upon them.
I see an eclectic mix of adolescents from age 15 on up to men of all ages. I strive to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with each individual and explore difficult thoughts and feelings in a warm open environment. I am contemplative and desirous of helping clients find improved ways of flourishing. My office is conveniently located near the Westlake Station.
