I waited for over 20 minutes and she did not show up

Tina is very efficient, attentive, employs excellent listening skills, professional but very personable A+

This provider left uninformed and rude comments on her post-visit summary. She stated that I was taking my medication 3 times more than I was, assumed I was still pregnant (miscarried 2 was ago) and stated that I was abusing my antihistamine. All of which is completely fabricated. I am appalled.

After some tech challenges, she quickly got to the point of my appointment.

Appointment went well would most definitely visit her again ! A+

Polite and professional, I felt she listened to me and understood my needs.

I contacted Tina Amacher for help in renewing my medications. While there were a few technical issues at my end, Tina was very patient and we worked through them. She was careful to verify my identity and health situation. She renewed my medications. The call was very pleasant. Thanks for this service! I appreciate it.
