Tina Dahlenburg is a mindfully based Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, with a private practice in Los Angeles. For the past 10 years, she has partnered with clients to explore ways to promote their mental, emotional, and relational health. Her holistic approach is a collaborative discovery of each individual’s needs, fears, and strengths. Tina’s clinical experience includes treating adolescents (15 & older), adults, and couples for a wide range of problems, including relationship issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, and trauma. Seeking psychotherapy is one of the most personal and intimate decisions a person can make. Just the term conjures up images of vulnerability, couches, and long sessions of talk. Everyone has a view of what it is, but only your experience matters. This will be your time to decide what’s most important and begin your healing process. Psychotherapy challenges you, comforts you, and frustrates you. I offer mindful, nonjudgmental support and guide your efforts to increase your awareness and cultivate your aspirations.
