Tonya Eubanks, FNP-C, has been working in healthcare for over 20 years. She began her career by obtaining an Associate Degree in Nursing at Motlow State Community College and then earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Cumberland University. Driven by her passion for making a difference in the lives of her patients, Tonya pursued a Master's Degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner at Middle Tennessee. With her extensive knowledge in various healthcare areas, she is well-equipped to provide comprehensive care to her patients.
Tonya offers a range of medical services, including video mental health consults, plantar fasciitis video visits, video prescription refill visits and video chronic disease consults. In addition, she provides virtual care for UTI, yeast infection and vaginal infection visits. Tonya also conducts video skin consultations and offers telehealth visits for both new and existing patients.
