I am a board-certified adult and geriatric nurse practitioner specializing in adult health, wellness, and weight loss and earned my doctorate from the University of Washington. I have been working in healthcare for over 15 years. In addition, I have a certificate in advanced practice in obesity medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association.
I realize there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health since we are all individuals with different needs. In my spare time, I enjoy resistance training and high-intensity exercise, making memories with my three kids, and ogling over my exotic indoor plant collection!
