Winter Gonzalez is a holistic therapist who believes in working with the whole person--mind, body, and spirit. Through an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt, and existential approaches, reality attune-ment therapy will help you and your loved ones move toward an internalized, felt sense of the true, ephemeral nature of things. Winter provides strength-based, trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapy to adults and youth seeking to transform patterns that no longer serve them and create a path towards greater resilience and meaning in their lives. She specializes in grief counseling, trauma and anxiety. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including Monroe State Prison and outpatient services. She earned her undergrad degree in psychology at Antioch University. Winter then received a Master’s degree in marriage, family and couple’s counseling.
