I felt uncomfortable, I was made to be an educator about my gender, and I still felt categorically unheard. I was repeatedly asked questions about my AGAB for healthcare where it's COMPLETELY irrelevant. When I made it clear I was uncomfortable, I was asked until I relented. Later I was asked a question about the nature of my transness, when: I made it clear I was nonbinary and the question made me uncomfortable, the provider could have looked at my medications and known the answer themselves without asking, AND they insisted on making it about "going from being a woman to a man" when I'm NEITHER; I was made to feel like I don't exist. I just felt categorically unheard, I felt trapped into the interaction becasue I needed healthcare, and yet I felt like I needed to speak to invasive questions ENTIRELY about my gender when it asbolusly wasn't needed to get covid antivirals. I would be complaining to the CA medical board if I had the time and energy for that.I felt uncomfortable, I was made to be an educator about my gender, and I still felt categorically unheard.
