This was my first tele-health experience, and Rhonda was a breath of fresh air. Even though I was experiencing some audio and video technical difficulties at the start of the appointment, she was very patient and even assisted me through the process.She answered all of my questions and concerns, and was very informative in regards to my condition. Rhonda spoke to me about my concerns and she 9ffered me solutions best suited to my body and my situation. She was able to provide me with an option that had never been offered to me before. She is very communicative on the portal and I feel good about the experience.

Rhonda was super understanding and easy to discuss my concerns with. Unfortunately, Sesame cannot offer (for me at least) any meaningful cost savings in order for me to obtain weightloss mediation. Because my insurance will not cover off label use of weightloss medication, was hoping Sesame's coupons would make the difference, but they really are not enough to lower the costs to a sustainable level. Unfortunately.
