I would not recommend this provider. I don’t think that she looked at the blood test results that I uploaded. She seemed like she was very hung up on what she had to say, without actually listening to what I had to say.

My experience with Dr. Anna Chacon was concerning. She was 90 minutes late for our telemedicine appointment and seemed distracted. We agreed to increase my medication doses for hair loss. However, she sent the prescription for the original, ineffective dose to the pharmacy—not once, but twice, even after I corrected her. To fix her error, I was told to book a new paid appointment. I cannot recommend this doctor due to the lack of punctuality, attention, and critical prescription errors.

Dr. Anna seemed more keen on pushing GLP-1 than anything. A lot of my concerns were hand waved away, and it was up to me to ask the questions that might uncover some root causes of my condition. Afterwards, my visit summary was riddled with errors and outright falsehoods.

The provider was 15 mins late to our appointment and just continued on with questions as if nothing happened. Have some respect for other people's time and at least apologize. The call was extremely clinical and resulted in the desired outcome anyway but the client service experience was terrible.

Sesame and Dr. Anna Chacon make accessing dermatology easy. I am pleased with the course of treatment that she prescribed and the ease at which I obtained prescriptions. I do not have dermatology coverage currently to address the areas of concern that I presented with so Sesame and having access to licensed practitioners such as Dr. Chacon is priceless.

Appoitment was at 4:00pm and startted at 4:07p and finished at 4:14pm. In seven minute span doctor did not showed any interest, enthusiasm at all. In same seven minutes she yawn at least twenty times showing how unhappy she was on call. Could not explain properly what will be next step but told she will send me Rx.
