The provider was 15 mins late to our appointment and just continued on with questions as if nothing happened. Have some respect for other people's time and at least apologize. The call was extremely clinical and resulted in the desired outcome anyway but the client service experience was terrible.

Sesame and Dr. Anna Chacon make accessing dermatology easy. I am pleased with the course of treatment that she prescribed and the ease at which I obtained prescriptions. I do not have dermatology coverage currently to address the areas of concern that I presented with so Sesame and having access to licensed practitioners such as Dr. Chacon is priceless.

Dr. Anna C. was very late for the appointment, with no apology. My time is just as valuable as the next. She was not personable l. Rush me off the phone. Didn't get any real details, just pretty much asked me what I want. Can follow up with her and there's been not update on when she'll provide the pharmacy with the information they need to fill my prescription. Would not recommend

Extremely disappointed with this doctor’s care. She sent the wrong prescription to our pharmacy, including the wrong dosage (MG) and even listed my 2-year-old son as a 37-year-old in her records. When we and our pharmacy tried to contact her multiple times—myself, my husband, and the pharmacy—she completely ignored all calls. I’m shocked that such careless mistakes can be made when treating a young child. I will absolutely not be returning and would not recommend her to anyone.
