Have been with Dr Anna for many months now. She is always personable, kind, never hurries through and never fails to be sure all my questions have been answered. I plan on staying with her indefinitely :).

Dr. Anna listened to my issues, asked questions, and provided healthy insights including best steps forward.

She was late, seemed hurried, didn’t verify who I was. Literally a 4 minute phone call where she asked me what type of antibiotics I wanted

I would not recommend this provider. I don’t think that she looked at the blood test results that I uploaded. She seemed like she was very hung up on what she had to say, without actually listening to what I had to say.

I am very upset that I was not explained what the side effects were medicine and how to properly use product and what to be mindful of

My experience with Dr. Anna Chacon was concerning. She was 90 minutes late for our telemedicine appointment and seemed distracted. We agreed to increase my medication doses for hair loss. However, she sent the prescription for the original, ineffective dose to the pharmacy—not once, but twice, even after I corrected her. To fix her error, I was told to book a new paid appointment. Physician was right on point and recognized diagnosis immediately

Dr. Chacon bailed on me and doesn’t let me pick a new date to reschedule or switch provider. They didn’t follow through on the visit and are putting on me the burden of reaching out to customer support etc. to be paired with another doctor. 0/10

Dr Chacon is responsive, capable, knowledgeable and is very pleasant to work with. She is personable, kind and reliable, I have been with her as a patient for a year via virtual visits and I'm very pleased, recommended her to my family members, that's pretty much the pinnacle :). Kudos.

Kind, responsive, and helpful

Dr. Anna seemed more keen on pushing GLP-1 than anything. A lot of my concerns were hand waved away, and it was up to me to ask the questions that might uncover some root causes of my condition. Afterwards, my visit summary was riddled with errors and outright falsehoods.

The provider was 15 mins late to our appointment and just continued on with questions as if nothing happened. Have some respect for other people's time and at least apologize. The call was extremely clinical and resulted in the desired outcome anyway but the client service experience was terrible.

Overall an easy and excellent experience!

Dr Anna is wonderful - she listens attentively, offers helpful insights and suggestions and can pinpoint your block or issue in a matter of minutes or talking to you. I wish she was my Kaiser doctor too as well, she’s a gem.

Sesame and Dr. Anna Chacon make accessing dermatology easy. I am pleased with the course of treatment that she prescribed and the ease at which I obtained prescriptions.
