Excellent appointment with Dr. Anna Chacon. She quickly understood my explanation of the symptoms I was experiencing and was thorough with respect to asking relevant questions.

The doctor seemed rushed during appointments. My first consultation was by phone instead of video, so she never actually saw my skin before prescribing medication. There were also issues with the prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, which forced me to go more than once. Communication was slow and my questions were not fully answered. I have been a patient of Dr Chacon for almost a year. Actually, 3 members of my family are also patients. She is straightford and helpful. Knows what she is doing and overall privides great support and help. Takes time to explain things, helps sort out my prescriptions. Highly reccomended.

Dr. Chacon was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She was super quick to help and even joined the call early. I really enjoyed this experience.

I would not recommend this provider. I don’t think that she looked at the blood test results that I uploaded. She seemed like she was very hung up on what she had to say, without actually listening to what I had to say.

I am very upset that I was not explained what the side effects were medicine and how to properly use product and what to be mindful of

My experience with Dr. Anna Chacon was concerning. She was 90 minutes late for our telemedicine appointment and seemed distracted. We agreed to increase my medication doses for hair loss. However, she sent the prescription for the original, ineffective dose to the pharmacy—not once, but twice, even after I corrected her. To fix her error, I was told to book a new paid appointment. Physician was right on point and recognized diagnosis immediately

Dr. Chacon bailed on me and doesn’t let me pick a new date to reschedule or switch provider. They didn’t follow through on the visit and are putting on me the burden of reaching out to customer support etc. to be paired with another doctor. 0/10

Dr. Anna seemed more keen on pushing GLP-1 than anything. A lot of my concerns were hand waved away, and it was up to me to ask the questions that might uncover some root causes of my condition. Afterwards, my visit summary was riddled with errors and outright falsehoods.
