My appointment was quick and easy. I've never done video appointments before but I will again. Very pleasant.

Was caring and concerned. Reviewed my symptoms and provided what I needed.

We never connected through the video platform and I was waiting for her to come into the appointment for a while. She never entered the appointment and never said once that it would be that way. I paid silly money for a 10 minute text conversation that was honestly a little rude. I had a great experience with my healthcare provider. When I described my issue, she was very attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the possible solutions. She prescribed a medication that significantly alleviated my discomfort, allowing me to finally get a full night's rest after struggling for eight days. I truly appreciate her support and expertise. Highly recommend!
