My 19 year old son, woke up at midnight with a bad sore throat. He had taken a COVID test the day before and it was positive. I was able to schedule an appointment via Sesame Care within an hour and half. He saw a board certified emergency department doctor within an hour and half for less than $100. The doctor put my son’s mind at ease regarding his symptoms and provided extensive education about the medications that he prescribed. Good bedside manner. I felt heard, I often have feIt women are not taken quite as seriously in the healthcare field. This was not the case. It is now three days later and I am feeling soooo much better. Like an old-fashioned house visit with a modern twist.
