I believe my provider was fair and nice. It was extremely quick.

she did not listen to my needs. I told her my standard Rx for cold sores (I've had them on and off for decades) is 2GM Valcyclovir, BID x 2 days. She only wrote the Rx for 1 day. Was not helpful at all. Had a very bad attitude about everything. When asked questions she got angry and would respond with a negative attitude. First time I have used this app and after that interaction I will never book another appointment.

Provider was unfriendly and unprofessional. Prescribed the wrong dosage of meds and then proceeded to hang up on pharmacy.

No one joined the call

Dr Banks was very quick and attentive, knew exactly what I needed and acted quickly to help relive my issue.

I have seen Dr. Banks at least a half a dozen times and I love her efficiency and friendliness. She is always punctual and prepared for our virtual visits.

She was very sweet and seemed to care, but very quick. I asked for a doctor's note for work and she advised no problem. She also prescribed meds and they were called in right away. It's now just over 7 hours and I have yet to receive my doctor's note. If I don't get one I could lose my job. I tried to find a way to contact her, but there is no way without paying to message her. I had to pay an extra $19 to message her to now request again my doctor's note, which I paid for and requested during my couple of minute visit. That is unacceptable, especially if I never receive my doctor's note and lose my job. Dr. Banks was very professional and knowledgeable. She gathered the information she needed from me, made a diagnosis, and prescribe me a prescription to help me recover. I would be glad to use her again.
