she did not listen to my needs. I told her my standard Rx for cold sores (I've had them on and off for decades) is 2GM Valcyclovir, BID x 2 days. She only wrote the Rx for 1 day. So now, I have to go get the Rx filled twice back to back. I brought the error to her attention and she declined to correct the Rx.

Was not helpful at all. Had a very bad attitude about everything. When asked questions she got angry and would respond with a negative attitude. First time I have used this app and after that interaction I will never book another appointment.

Dr. Wachovia Banks is the most genuinely caring physician that I have come across in some time. She is very concerned about one's condition. I highly recommend her because she is definitely the best!

I have seen Dr. Banks at least a half a dozen times and I love her efficiency and friendliness. She is always punctual and prepared for our virtual visits.

She was very sweet and seemed to care, but very quick. I asked for a doctor's note for work and she advised no problem. She also prescribed meds and they were called in right away. It's now just over 7 hours and I have yet to receive my doctor's note. If I don't get one I could lose my job. I tried to find a way to contact her, but there is no way without paying to message her. I had to pay an extra $19 to message her to now request again my doctor's note, which I paid for and requested during my couple of minute visit. That is unacceptable, especially if I never receive my doctor's note and lose my job. Very disappointed, especially since it was my first time trying Sesame.

I saw Dr Banks when my regular dr was unavailable. She is very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ive used Sesame Care for over a year, yet I still feel Dr anxiety b4 every appt. It is always a surprise to me how totally stress-free this experience is, even when I see a new Dr. I would def make another appt with Dr Banks!
