Provider was a no show to the appointment and I waited 40 minutes.

This doctor did not show up to my appointment. I also waited an extra 20 minutes and still nothing. I better get a refund or sent to a different doctor! Ridiculous!

This doctor did not even have the decency to show up to my appointment. If you are not available do NOT provide a time. I BETTER receive a refund for this immediately. This is completely unprofessional.

Why did I just pay $50 for less than 5 minutes of her time to feel like I was doing something wrong. It is not a controlled substance. She wasn’t super helpful and seemed dismissive and couldn’t help me for what I needed. That’s fine, because I simply had the wrong doctor and she wasn’t the right one to treat my condition, however she came off cold and unhelpful in understanding what I needed or where I needed to go
