The provider refused to provide any helpful information or answer any of my questions. The provider said that if I needed help that I should just to urgent care. When I requested a topical ointment, the provider said that prescribing ointments was 'outside his scope'. Do not select this provider.

Very thorough and understanding

Dr. Lieu was complete and thorough. He took time to understand my problem as well as ask about prior health conditions and medications. I did not feel rushed. He took time to explain things. He asked that I follow up in one week to ensure I was better.

He was great, and i think he gave me the diagnosis that I wanted at the time. It was wrong, but i don't think that's entirely his fault.

Dr. Lieu was extremely arrogant. I have a BS in physics from Harvard and MS in engineering from MIT. I’m not an idiot. I needed antiobiotics for a sinus infection. Dr. Lieu refused to prescribe. Be aware: he is on some kind of mission not to prescribe antibiotics. If you need, go somewhere else. I had to pay a second appointment fee to get the antiobiotics in needed, and now I am better thanks to a different doctor. You should avoid Dr. Lieu at all cost.Dr. Lieu was extremely arrogant. What I needed was addressed. However the doctor wasn’t very kind and it felt like he wanted to get rid of the appointment as fast as possible

He was very helpful and understanding of what I needed while seeming legitimately concerned for me. As it can be hard to convey empathy over video chat I found that very sincere and nice. I got my prescription very promptly also.

Doctor was thorough and professional. Had problems with video.

I had a great experience on Sesame with Dr Binh Lieu. I was pleasantly surprised to get a Telemedicine appointment that day. Dr Lieu was on time for the meeting and listened as I explained my symptoms. He explained the cause of my symptoms, and the treatment. He must have called my pharmacy quickly, because my pharmacist notified me that my prescription was ready 45 minutes after the call ended. Dr Lieu was able to see me the same day. His knowledge, experience and communication were excellent. He was very thorough when asking about my symptoms and current medications. Dr Lieu immediately called in 3 medications to address my symptoms, which meant that I was able to pick them up before the pharmacy closed. At the time of yesterday’s appointment, my symptoms were severe. Next day my symptoms are 90% gone. Dr Lieu demonstrated true concern for my well being by seeing me so soon and calling in my prescriptions immediately.Dr Lieu was able to see me the same day.
