it’s 5 hours later and my prescription has still not been put in. i have asthma and i cannot breathe without my medicine i didn’t just make this appt for no reason. now the pharmacy will be closed tomorrow and i wont have any medicine. i am very unpleased with this appointment experience. i’ve never had a problem with any other doctor on here sending my prescription in right away except for with this doctor.

She said she would send my prescription into the pharmacy but she never did. I was also given a 30 day supply in the past but she changed it to 3 without warning

The dr was 2 hours late then couldn’t write a prescription that I needed unless she saw me but she missed the telehealth thing

I was asking her for a note I was needing for my work and she don’t help me with that, didn’t show up at the appointment so I next thing I did was to call her directly

I called my pharmacy multiple times after hearing that my script was called in (which it wasn’t) overall this app is a waste of time and the provider
is slow to address concerns on the patient.

She was very kind and patient, listened to the problems and symptoms we had, and offered different helpful treatments. She didn’t rush us, and was very personable with my daughter, it was genuinely the best visit I’ve had with the provider in quite some time.
