too concerned with protocol, no help at all then charged me anyway

Ms. Yisa was very professional, asked lots of questions, and answered all of mine. It was a good visit.

Didn't show up for appointment

She said she would send my prescription into the pharmacy but she never did. I was also given a 30 day supply in the past but she changed it to 3 without warning

I waited for over 30 minutes and my provider never showed up to the appointment I paid for.

The dr was 2 hours late then couldn’t write a prescription that I needed unless she saw me but she missed the telehealth thing

Everything went well

I was asking her for a note I was needing for my work and she don’t help me with that, didn’t show up at the appointment so I next thing I did was to call her directly

I called my pharmacy multiple times after hearing that my script was called in (which it wasn’t) overall this app is a waste of time and the provider is slow to address concerns on the patient.

Good customer service

She actually listened to what I am experiencing and provided the requested treatment.

She was very kind and patient, listened to the problems and symptoms we had, and offered different helpful treatments. She didn’t rush us, and was very personable with my daughter, it was genuinely the best visit I’ve had with the provider in quite some time.

She asked the right questions and knew what we needed to do. Very helpful and caring
