I felt like I was rushed off. The phone didn’t seem to care at all about what I had to say. Just fill the script and hang up. That’s how I felt. And then the whole having to pick a pharmacy I couldn’t even find my pharmacy on the list on the text that was sent after she hung up on me. She bordered on rude and disrespectful

This provider was unprofessional and behaved in a condescending and inappropriate manner. She was late and ill prepared for our visit.

Awful! She was incredible rude, dismissive, and argumentative.

The provider was late to the session, she started almost 15 minutes late. And in 5 minutes she already told me she couldn’t help me. It was useless and a waste of my money.

Did not receive prescription, the appointment was yesterday. In addition, provider was late, only lasted between 5-10 minutes (was rushed), and did not document the visit notes and symptoms correctly.

I made my appointment and within 2 hours I was meeting with a provider who was eager to help me. I shared my flu positive test results (from a local pharmacy) and what symptoms I was experiencing. My provider prescribed me exactly what I needed. Because of the quick help from the Sesame and my provider I was able to minimize my recovery time. I waited more than 15 minutes after the time of the appointment. Then I had troubles getting back to the video but she ended up calling me to my personal phone number so at least I didn't loose the appointment. Not very satisfied 😕
