The provider was late to the session, she started almost 15 minutes late. And in 5 minutes she already told me she couldn’t help me. It was useless and a waste of my money.

Did not receive prescription, the appointment was yesterday. In addition, provider was late, only lasted between 5-10 minutes (was rushed), and did not document the visit notes and symptoms correctly.

I was worried as I have never used tele-health services before and I have not had the flu since I was a child. I was in a lot of pain and stressed, trying to get better as soon as possible as I cannot afford to miss work if I can avoid it. I made my appointment and within 2 hours I was meeting with a provider who was eager to help me. I shared my flu positive test results (from a local pharmacy) and what symptoms I was experiencing. My provider prescribed me exactly what I needed. Because of the quick help from the Sesame and my provider I was able to minimize my recovery time. I feel so much better.

I waited more than 15 minutes after the time of the appointment. Then I had troubles getting back to the video but she ended up calling me to my personal phone number so at least I didn't loose the appointment. Not very satisfied 😕
