They are always punctual and engaged. They actively listen to symptoms and are quick with recommendations. After several appointments I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received

Did not feel heard at all. Unprofessional, was sitting in front of a bed headboard while we spoke and I felt that she just ticked boxes. Had to pay to message to follow up and did not feel heard at all even with follow up. Would never recommend.

I felt very much like I wasn’t heard. When she repeated back points I had made, she seemed to not understand and concluded incorrect things. She questioned and doubted my trauma. I felt I couldn’t get out whole thoughts or stories because she didn’t listen anyway. It felt like she was checking off a list while asking questions and didn’t come across as empathetic at all. She seemed almost judgmental when I brought up financial issues leading to being unable to check for health issues. She lectured me about needing to get “state insurance” and “you can’t take care of your mental health without taking care of your physical health” which I know, but had just finished explaining to her why I’m in a financial bind and how I don’t qualify for any help. The entire interaction felt disconnected. I’m glad I have a prescription now, but I didn’t like my provider.I felt very much like I wasn’t heard. She was very thorough and helpful. Knew exactly what I needed to get stable and prescribed me the prescriptions I need to recover from my manic episode

I always feel listened to and well taken care of. With every issue I face, I am always met with kind and caring responses. Any medication changes I go through I always feel well informed.
