Although I had to wait for 30 minutes, I ended up calling the number on the appointment reminder and the staff was very helpful. They had us stay on the virtual call and got untouched with him to let him know we were still waiting. He was apologetic and as with any doctor sometimes their appointments run over. He was thorough and was able to assist with my needs.

John Veal, FNP, was very polite, professional, and a good listener. He also took the time to look up clinical guidelines during the visit and was open to dialogue; which was much appreciated.

He never showed up for my urgent care appointment. I didn't receive any notifications so I waited online for 30 minutes. Very disappointed. This appointment was urgent. I had to get an appointment with someone else (hope she shows up) but now my pharmacy is closed.

Excellent bedside manner. Listened carefully to my concerns and took into account the home treatment I have already been doing. It was a conversation instead of a inquisition and resulted in the care that I needed to address my sinus infection.
