The doctor called me on time and asked all the right questions and was very responsive with a good bedside manner. But more than 12 hours later she still hasn’t sent my prescription in and I have no way of contacting her or sesame

She was incredibly helpful and quick. She provided me good recourses and a next course of action for my infection. I will come back to her again if I ever need another telehealth apointment.

I got on the call a couple of minutes late , but there was no message to say I was too late - just a warning it could be up to 20 minutes wait . I waited for 50 minutes, before giving up and finding another more expensive face to face option . I would have thought they would have system that would tell you you ve missed , instead of allowing you to lose valuable time when you could be sorting out something else

The link sent in text to join was not working and showed up as a broken link , I had to log in and find the appointment then join from there . I waited until 12:50 , gave it 20 min like suggested in the video chat . Then I was charged as a no show , when I was there in the video chat the whole time waiting for the provider . First time using this app and don’t like it so far.
