While in nursing school I worked as a medical technician on a cardiology unit in the hospital. Upon graduation I spent about a year on the medical-surgical floor and then spent about 6 years in two different emergency rooms. Since graduating with honors from nurse practitioner school I have worked in transitional care and primary care doing home visits, urgent care, aesthetics, and emergency response.
