    I was seen at 11:30am today and was supposedly prescribed 2 medications, Wellbutrin and buspirone, neither have been sent over to the pharmacy and she won’t respond over messages. I should’ve known to go with a different provider based on the 2 stars she has on her services to her patients. After paying the $55 fee, she never even sent my medication over and won’t respond. And then asked me how to spell a mediation. She is the provider, she should know that

    Oh how I wish her bedside manner was as nearly kind as the assistant that I spoke to prior to my appointment. I was very afraid to talk to her about what I was experiencing. I understand that she may have been busy but it would be helpful if she was more comforting in her tone.

    She said she’d put in for my insulin refill, which I need(ed) that day, and she did not. I tried to text and no response. I contacted customer service and got no help. Diabetics can’t go 2 days without insulin. Weekends are not off for us.

    I signed up based on a misleading article. I completed a form online then had to repeat all of the same information on the phone. I was on the video call yet the doctor phoned me instead 15 minutes late. She was not familiar with the product offered. Waste of time and money and still haven’t been reimbursed or notified of my cancellation of plan. I already have health insurance and did not benefit from todays call at all.
