My appointment was great but the the staff didn't send the branded Zepbpound.

Meshandra was thoughtful, considerate, and listened well. She took notes, gave solutions, and was encouraging. She respected that I did not want to try lots of different medications and gave me some useful tools to better handle my mental health. I felt aeons better after our session.

Michelle is the absolute best!!!!

I have taken my meds for quite some time but this lovely provider said “why don’t we get you a 90 day supply to save you money but also it will last for longer.” There were laughs and it was just very personal.

Meshandra was highly inappropriate and unprofessional during the session. When I shared my reasons for the appointment, she shared a triggering traumatic story from her own life. She also text me a list of resources that were obscure and had nothing to do with my appointment. Her visit notes posted after the appointment were also very unprofessional as she put personal sensitive information in there, that wasn't accurate as well. I was nervous about needing and asking for help. I have had many issues with past providers who are unable or unwilling to work on helping me without judging me. I was very happy to find that she listened to me. She was empathetic and she offered some genuine support, advice and encouragement. The visit went very well and I am changing some of my medication and some of my routines. Super convenient, paid for my appt, did my patient questionnaire and was seen and my prescription sent in less then an hour. Plus my provider was very nice and personable. Definitely easier then I thought it would be.

Waited for over 30 minutes and the provider did not show up.

She was on point. At first I thought she had forgot about me but she called me to inform there was some technical difficulties and we got in our way with the appointment. She clearly read my history before the call because she was locked and loaded. We did a small questionnaire type conversation and she got my meds sent off.
