I really appreciated the care that I got from this doctor. he was very attentive to my needs and provided recommendations for suitable medicines. I especially appreciated how open he was an offered which medicine I preferred instead of past doctors that you demand to take a certain medicine that maybe isn’t a fit for you. Our Telehealth visit with Dr Arene was concise and to the point. He listened to what my son's symptoms were and knew exactly how he needed to be treated. It was very convenient. Our appointment was very late at night so we could not get the prescription until the next morning. Next time I will make sure I call in the morning/early afternoon so I can get the prescription faster.

He asked my parents information and situations completely, evaluated carefully and react very fast with medication refills.
