This was a wonderful appointment and very helpful to me. Jamie explained the medication benefits and how it should be taken. She also explained the potential causes for the issue I was being seen for. The appointment was very quick and she was incredibly kind and informative. I highly recommend.

This was the first time I used telehealth rather than going to urgent care. It was so easy! I only had to wait 15 minutes for the first available appointment slot. Jamie was so nice and professional. She knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed the right meds to get my ear feeling better right away. The best part: this was 50% less than a visit to urgent care without insurance!!!!! I'll definitely continue to see Jamie.

Jamie is extremely nice very personable and equally as professional. However, I don't think I will be using her services in the future. I have a permanent condition that requires medication for the rest of my life. I made a request for a few refills to my prescription to eliminate unnecessary revisits back to go go over a condition that we already know is permanent (I just need more refills). So unfortunately for me, her services weren't very cost efficient. Despite that, she does seem very competent and as I mentioned earlier she is extremely nice and very personable. She might be a good fit for someone else, and I might visit at another time in the future if my options are limited. P.S. - Jaime is on time, and her communication is great. Almost immediately after our visit I was receiving status updates on my prescription from her end and message/notifications requesting I leave a review on my experience with her during my visit.

Jamie was very thorough. She listened to my symptoms, but also took me medical history into consideration before prescribing medications. She also made sure that I would follow up with my doctor on Monday. She was also friendly and easy to talk to about what was going on.
