Online Dr. appointments can be just like regular ones, be prepared to wait 30 or more minutes. Your time with the provider will be short, be prepared. We live in the country and do not have the best internet reception so that hindered our communication. My problem is complex and I really should have seen someone in person to address all the issues and get their opinion. Dr. Lucy did give me the Rxs that I thought that I wanted but after seeing the side effects were worse that what I expected none of them will I be taking. She did offer sound advice and write the Rxs which would have been good for most people.

Good appointment with NP. She was on time and able to refill my 2 prescriptions. I will probably follow up with her in a month to get my prescriptions refilled again since a few of the healthcare professionals on here I’ve dealt with can be a bit hit or miss unlike her.

My provider was so attentive , she addressed all my concerns. She was very approachable and understanding and I appreciated that.
