Dr. Lewis did not attend the scheduled call.

I missed the appointment due to WiFi, it took three customer service calls with wrong instructions to finally get the doctor a message. When the message finally got sent I was told I needed to see an in person provider. The visit was for simple paper work. I have requested a defend would never use sesame again.

He wasn’t any help just a waste of money that I don’t have to waste

I was receiving a wellness check and within 1 minute the provider said he was unable to complete task. I would like a refund for this as when I went to ask a question he hung up on me. I went to a different care as sesame was unable to help me

This was the best experience I’ve had with seeing a provider ever!! It was super easy, very quick and less stress. My appointment was at 1:00pm and I was finished by 1:11, including no wait time for the provider to come online. Will definitely go this route in the future instead of the traditional in person visits.

First time using sesame and I highly recommend it, super easy to get the appt and no long forms to fill out. The doctor set me up for a reminder appt in 3 months when new bloodwork is needed, turns out they can set you up with quest at nominal cost.
