Krishna Patel is a certified Physician Associate specializing in urology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida.
She currently practices with AdventHealth Medical Group in Orlando, where she focuses on urologic oncology and general urological care. Her experience includes evaluating and managing a wide range of conditions such as urologic cancers, erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, BPH, urethral strictures, and kidney stones. Krishna is skilled in procedures including TRUS/MRI fusion prostate biopsies, cystoscopies with or without stent removal, urethral dilations, and complex Foley catheter placements. She also assists in robotic and open surgeries, including nephrectomies, prostatectomies, and cystectomies.
Before joining AdventHealth, Krishna worked with the Mount Sinai Department of Urology in New York City, managing patients in a high-volume practice that specialized in kidney stone disease and endourological procedures. Earlier in her career, she gained direct patient care experience as a certified nursing assistant and medication technician in assisted living and adult daycare settings.
