the clinician was rude. did not know the purpose of the visit. abrupt. he was in a rush. no evaluation. This was a complete waste of money. I'm in the midst of complaining to every medical board I can find. I want a refunfd!

I saw that he did not have good reviews, but I needed an appointment as soon as possible. I should have listened to the reviews. I agree that he was dismissive and had a poor bedside manner. I would not recommend him or see him again. On the bright side, he was on time and I had virtually no wait.

this was my first time talking to a therapist. I’m not gonna lie. It’s hard. I’m a man and I should be able to deal with my own issues and emotions by myself, but I realized that I just needed a little extra support. I was very pleased at the end of our therapy session I felt a little overwhelmed, but at the same time, realizing things that I didn’t understand or was able to cope with, he was amazing and I really really appreciate his honesty his ability to understand what I’m going through and he was cool about certain things that I said definitely felt comfortable. Friendly, good listener, knowledgeable

He was attentive and knowledgeable. He took time to listen and was very good with my son who has autism.

The provider was helpful in supporting me with my psychiatric needs and had such great “beside manner”. I felt very supported and safe with his care and am grateful for him. Thank you.

He was compassionate, caring, worked diligently to help me find a treatment option, gave me his contact info and contact info and stayed in touch with even after the visit was over and I was receiving care in the hospital. I am so grateful that California contracted with Sesame and because of that I received such exceptional care during the most medically stressful experience my family has ever gone through. I have never experienced this level of care from a telemedicine provider and maybe not even from any provider. After this experience I am considering using Sesame as my telemedicine provider and joining the plan. I already use a concierge primary care but this was service FAR beyond that! 5 stars all the way but I would rate 25 of of 5 stars it was just abi e and beyond exceptional! I got a call an hour earlier than the apointment time which was great. He was very quick and explained things very well and easy to understand. I had a prescription sent to my pharmacy immediately and it was picked up with in an hour.

I had to tell him he was speaking way to fast. He would interrupt me when I was talking and I felt that he was in a rush and didn't listen to me.
