Michelle Juat, FNP

Michelle Juat, MSN, FNP-BC, RN provides care across the lifespan in family medicine, internal medicine, and cardiology. She manages chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiac diseases, asthma, COPD, GERD, IBS, obesity, and PCOS.

A Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience, she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Victor Valley Community College; a BSN and an MSN in leadership and administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills; and a Post-Master’s FNP Certificate from the University of Boston Massachusetts. She is ANCC board certified and has held affiliations with Desert Valley Hospital, Providence of St. Mary, and Kaiser Victorville Clinic. Beyond clinical work, she has taught didactic and clinical courses as adjunct faculty at Victor Valley Community College and is a member of the ANA.

Patients often describe her approach as compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. She provides care in English and Tagalog.

Nursing has long been her calling. She is motivated by providing care, support, and comfort when people need it most. She is fulfilled by assessing, diagnosing, providing treatment, and seeing health outcomes improve.
