She was insensitive, hung up on me without saying she was calling back because she couldn't hear me, was quite rude when I was telling her personal and sensitive information about the passing of my parents. I would prefer to be connected with a different provider, or I'll cancel this and find another online platform.

Michelle Juat is an amazing Provider/FNP. I see her for urgent care appointment/Telehealth and prescription refills when necessary over the past 2 years. It is so convenient rather than trying to get in with my Primary Care doctor. She is very intuitive, smart and knows how to help you quickly. She is always on time, never no-shows, I will continue to see her for my needs. Eventually I may switch over to seeing her fully with monitoring my labs and health in the future that is how good she is.
