This was my first time using a telehealth app so I was a little nervous. The second Dr. Bell appeared in video she made me feel very relaxed. She listened and asked questions to make sure she heard me correctly. She came up with a path forward and asked me which of two ways would I want to go. I am very pleased and already feeling better with the RX she prescribed for me. I will be using her whenever I need any kind of care moving forward.
