The Dr. was very responsive to my concerns and answered all my questions. His response, expertise and knowledge helped me to understand and improve my shingles symptoms and treatment. Furthermore, I experienced some additional difficulties with a respiratory infection and was treated with different level of medication for this new treatment and was relieved with the doctor precise treatment plan. Great service and Doctor, easy to communicate with and understand

The pharmacy never got th prescription as I was supposed to wait to hear when it was ready and I haven't heard anything back yet. If I can't get the prescription, I would like to request my money back. Thanks for any help you can provide.
