Dr. Patricia Trnka-Stone, DNP, is a dedicated and experienced healthcare provider from Florida and the Tampa Bay area. She began her nursing education at Pasco-Hernando State College before completing her Bachelor's degree at St. Petersburg College. After working as a nurse for almost 12 years, Dr. Trish pursued her Master's degree with a Nurse Practitioner focus at South University. She later obtained her Doctorate from the University of Florida, where she specialized in Gender and Sexual Minority groups. In addition to providing primary care, Dr. Trish is a passionate educator, teaching in the Nurse Practitioner program at South University. Dr. Trnka-Stone offers a wide range of medical services that include virtual consultations for chronic disease, diabetes, mental health, skin concerns and even plantar fasciitis. Within the sexual health and wellness space, she offers consults for premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, UTIs, yeast infections and vaginal infections. She is also available for telehealth visits for both new and existing patients, as well as COVID-19 screenings. She offers prescription refill visits to ensure that her patients receive their medication in a timely manner. Dr. Trish's patient care style is characterized by her commitment to providing empathetic and comprehensive care, addressing not only the physical but also the emotional and social aspects of her patients' well-being. Her background in Gender and Sexual Minority studies and her teaching experience at South University reflect her dedication to inclusive and evidence-based care for all patients.
