I have booked several times with Dr. Baldwin and she is my preferred provider when it comes to Sesame Care. She is super attentive and caring! You can tell as a doctor, she really listens to your problems and tries to give solutions. I definitely would recommend her!

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Polly Baldwin because she's listed under mental health. She let me talk for 15minutes before she told me that she doesn't deal with mental health. I filed a complaint and want to be refunded my co-pay of $55

Dr. Polly is extremely caring and sympathetic. We were having an Asthma issue and couldn’t afford the inhaler price as we still don’t have insurance. She directed me how I can overcome this issue with 90% less expensive. She is awesome!! Extremely recommend.

Dr. Baldwin was easy to interact with, was clear on what I was asking for and provided excellent guidance on how to move from oral rybelsus to injection Monjaro for my GLP medications. We discussed side effects and impact and she made sure she stated she was available if I needed further guidance if the medicine does not work for me.

Compassionate, took time to explain and provide options. Didn’t feel like I was meeting her for the first time. Wasn’t eager to overload me on medication or move on, took time to understand my symptoms and guide me through what the next 3-7 days might be like. Very thankful she was available on short notice.
