He later began working in home health providing services to patients with high needs who are unable to leave their homes and has continued to do so for over 10 years. After completing his Master of Science in Nursing he has continued providing home-based visits as well as working in skilled nursing facilities with a focus on Primary Care, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation Specialty, and Hospice care as well as in-home wound care specialty. He is wound care and debridement certified. His experience also incorporates chronic disease management, preventative care medicine, pain management, mental health management, and family medicine. Ryan focuses his care using a holistic approach and understands that each patient's needs are uniquely their own. He also understands the importance of managing not only the physical state of health but also the mental state of health and how both are connected and influence one another. His patient care style focuses on understanding each patient as a unique individual. Ryan is available for general telemedicine visits as well as telemedicine visits for existing patients. His services cover a wide range including COVID-19 screenings and other sick visit calls. He provides video visits for STD management, UTIs, vaginal infections and vaginal yeast infections, ED, and premature ejaculation. He also manages chronic conditions including hair loss, diabetes, chronic conditions, skin conditions, and allergies. He is also available for video prescription refill visits and letters of medical necessity.

Doc Smith (Ryan) - top notch doctor. First off, he knows his stuff. Very personable and seems incredibly honest and seems to legitimately have my overall health in his best interest... In the past I've gone to doctors and left the appoinment feeling like I was talked AT - Doc Ryan (Smith) speaks WITH me. Overall - 5 out of 5 stars.
