The provider never showed up for the appointment. What is the point of having late night hours if you don't even bother to show up for your video. I want a refund for wasting my time for an hour.

Was already in the call waiting when I joined and was very helpful and efficient. Listened to everything I had to say and helped me promptly. Called in the prescription to my pharmacy almost immediately so they were able to get it ready not long after the visit concluded. Would definitely book with them again when needeed.

My provider listened to my problem and helped me with my situation. I have had more communication with Sesame than I have from my own doctor's office. It was nice to be informed my prescription was sent and when it would be available for me.
