She was good. She made a mistake on the Rx and this cost me a good bit of time and back and forth with Pharmacy to figure out. The Rx listed “1” for quantity for a 90 day Rx which meant that I was prescribed 1 tablet. The Rx did get corrected after I contacted customer service but it was a stressful inconvenience and I’m a little disappointed it happened after paying the fee.
