Dr. Timothy Wong was great. He was able to successfully diagnose my allergies that are seasonal and give me the proper medication to combat them. I feel a lot better after taking the medication and following his instructions. He also provided the necessary medication for my mental health due to job related stress for a very affordable price. Dr. Wong was running late but apologized and got down to business right away. He listened to what was going on with me, asked a few questions and then suggested a new medicine to try for my insomnia. This was just the kind of telehealth experience that I was looking for.

Dr. Wang did not take the time to do a full assessment with me. I did not feel heard and felt like he wasn’t willing to take the time to listen or help. 2 minutes isn’t sufficient in attempting to diagnose someone.

Dr. Wong was actually 3 minutes early but of course I was already there waiting. Wonderful to have doctors so prompt as he been on time with my other two appointments with him. Also, he's very attentive to what I need and has been very excellent with ordering the right tests and getting me the right medication to do very well with my health. Dr. Wong did an excellent job asking questions and familiarizing himself with my daughters medical history. He was patient and informative..

This doctor was very caring. He took the time to teach me how to use an inhaler properly, that has not been done in a live visit so this was exceptional to me.

This provider is informative, intelligent about a wide variety of medicine, and a great listener!

He was down to earth, thorough and intelligently considered the diagnosis, and was quick and pleasant.

The provider did not listen to my needs or trust that I knew my body. He completely dismissed me and talked down to me. He told me that trusting patients to know their body is "a poor way to practice medicine." This was one of the worst medical experiences of my life.
