Yes. If your provider determines that prescription medication is appropriate, they can send the prescription to your preferred pharmacy. A prescription is not guaranteed.

Make sure the affected area is clearly visible in good lighting, and have photos showing how the rash has changed, if available. Be ready to discuss when it began, your symptoms, possible exposures, new medications or products, and treatments you've already tried.

After booking, you'll receive a link by text and/or email to join your online visit. You can use a computer or smartphone. For the best smartphone experience, download the Sesame Care app.

Call 911 if you develop a rash along with signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as breathing problems, sudden dizziness, or feeling faint.

Seek prompt in-person care if a rash spreads quickly, covers much of your body, is very painful, causes blisters or peeling skin, or occurs with a fever. Rashes affecting the eyes, mouth, or genitals should also be evaluated promptly.

Your provider may also recommend testing, a dermatology consultation, or other in-person follow-up if the cause is unclear or the rash isn't improving.

No. Sesame does not accept insurance for online visits. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, and eligible patients can use HSA or FSA funds. Prescription coverage depends on your insurance plan, if available.
