He "diagnosed" me after 10 minutes. That caused more harm than good for someone struggling. He brushed off my questions and concerns after he put me in distress. He assumed I had BPD purely because I am female and when I called him out he became rude even while I was crying. He doesn't care about his patients clearly. He made remarks acting like it was my fault for the false diagnosis since I wasn't able to "give my symptoms" sorry I thought he would have helped me identify those symptoms like a LP should do. It wasn't a safe place at all. when I tried to talk instead of even letting me speak he was so defensive I was interrupted. He listens and understands my concerns

Dr. Choi was great. He listened to my problems and was attentive and kind. The appointment was efficient and he sent in prescription immediately. I definitely recommend him, I’ll be coming back for more appointments.

Prescription was never sent and my medicine is an emergency pill. Not satisfied as my money was taken.

Doctor was in a rush, was not very helpful, didn’t even ask symptoms or anything about daily lifestyle (being a smoker, breastfeeding status, etc). If I’m being prescribed medications I need all those factors to be taken into account.

Wanted to get an alternative medicine to take and essentially got the same thing prescribed.

Bernard Choi has been a great provider for all of my needs, he listens carefully and tales considering notes! Will be seeing again if needed.

He provided bloodwork orders based on our appointment discussion. He didn’t order one of the tests we discussed to check for thyroid issues. I messaged to ask if it was included and he insisted it was (without checking). After confirming with 3 medical professionals and Sesame support, it was confirmed that I was right and the test was not on the order. I messaged again and he sent a new bloodwork order over, however I had to pay more than I would’ve if it was included in the original labs and he, a medical professional, gave misinformation about my healthcare.He provided bloodwork orders based on our appointment discussion. Very professional and polite

Kind, and consistent provider, very reliable.

He was really rude. Not sure he is that knowledgeable on his specialty. I’m a nurse practitioner so I was asking him questions about the medications and he couldn’t even tell me what other medication he can substitute it with.
