Ugonna Duru was efficient, on-time, kind and empathetic. She took the time to understand my needs, presented my options in a clear and understandable manner. When my insurance required prior authorization for my prescription, she helped submit the request on my behalf.

I chose Dr. Ugonna Duru because although she may not have a lot of reviews compared to some of the other physicians/nurse practitioners, all of her reviews from her patients were amazing. My judgement didn't let me down~ She was really caring and attentive to my concerns and what I wanted. She's also very informative and patient when I was explaining my situation.
