Doctor never sent in my prescription after vid chat. Tried to message him and nothing. Without my meds for 3 days. Now I have withdrawl side effects. Contacted customer service/ support this morning hoping for a speedy resolution... nothing from them at the end of the day either. My appointment was fast and to the point. My scripts were sent over shortly after my visit. I had a very professional experience.

Waited 30 mins and the doctor never showed up. These doctors shouldn’t have apt slots available if they’re not willing to show up or want to cherry pick. The entitlement is real

He was ok. I couldn't see him in the video and he basically asked me what prescriptions I wanted. I did get what I need so I am satisfied.

2nd appointment today that the Dr didn't show up if they can't make the application than they should not have it on the site saying they do
