    I’ve used this service before and they were able to help me get my blood pressure medication. I told her the same things I’ve told every doctor that I’ve ever talked to. I could tell from the very beginning of the call she was not interested in helping me, and within five minutes, she told me to go see a real doctor in person. What is the purpose of this service, if it is only to tell people to go in person. I was a big advocate for this service, but moving forward I will be telling people to go elsewhere.

    There is a reason why her rating is the lowest of providers on Sesame. She was late for the appointment and never showed her face during the interview. I purchased the text to provider option to remind her of what she said she would do thinking she forgot...However. she didn't respond to my texts and at this point i assume she hasn't reviewed my labs. I book with another provider hoping to get the proper service and care.

    The appointment was unfruitful because I needed a new medication, not knowing it was just for a refill only. It was not her fault, it was not advised well. Please make it clear that this is only for refilling medications only. Thanks.

    Provider didn't listen to what I was saying. I tend to get ear infections when I get colds and that is what was happening. Refused to prescribe me antibiotics. Will have to go into urgent care now to be treated.

    It was a complete failure from the beginning she was late to the appointment she didn't have her camera on which led me to doubt I was even speaking to a actual healthcare provider started criticizing me I felt extremely judged did not even get me my refill this is the last time I spend money here especially because she told me you're not going to get things quick and easy when the sole purpose of this website is just that she made me feel like if I was annoying her I asked for a supervisor she did not even accommodate that worst experience

    I was asked to provide proof of my last prescription. I just moved and couldn't find it and I've never filled my prescription using my pharmacy online app so I couldn't find a screen shot. Idk what to do spent $40 for nothing

    I paid $42 for a 30 supply when I have always gotten a 90 supply from any doctor whether it’s on this site or my PC. My PC recommended me to this site because I don’t have insurance so for me to have to be cheated out of $42 for a 30 day supply is crazy. My medication is not a pain killer or narcotic.

    You advertise as getting a prescription refill but she refused and told me to see a pcp. I have no insurance and haven't seen a pcp in over 5 years. So it's hard to find one .

    This is not a convenient service at all, waste of money and time waiting for Doctor to arrive, all around will not be using this company again and going back to DOD where the doctors actually care about your issues
