Rushed through the visit and was unable to answer specific questions about treatment. Conducted the appointment in a noisy environment, and appeared unfamiliar with newer treatment options. Has also been completely unresponsive to my follow-up messages. Overall, a complete waste of my time.

Great! She was thorough with my ear infection. She was concerned that a virtual session may not be good enough and advised me to see a physical doctor to check it out.

No one ever showed up to my meeting. I was sent a message to join, and then waited for 30 minutes without seeing anyone. Seeing if I can get a refund, but pretty disappointing when I already paid.

Samantha was on time, pleasant and provided some good information I didn't already have. She was able to call my insurance within hours of my appointment and I had my prescription covered and ready to pick up the same day.

Quick and easy, very friendly, and straight to the point. Might need to look into the sound / microphone situation, though. I’ve used my phone for a few telehealth visits and never had a problem except for this visit. The camera worked fine, just not the microphone. Otherwise, thumbs up!
