My name is Fartun Keynan, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-informed mental health, women’s health, and integrative mind-body care. I have been practicing in the healthcare field for nearly 20 years and remain active in several professional nursing and mental-health organizations. I currently offer care in English. I treat symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma-related distress, sleep difficulties, stress burnout, fatigue, and chronic medical conditions. This includes challenges such as difficulty focusing, irritability, panic, low motivation, emotional overwhelm, and stress-related physical symptoms. I chose to become a nurse practitioner because I am passionate about supporting individuals who want compassionate, culturally aware care that honors the connection between mental and physical health. Helping people feel understood, safe, and empowered in their healing process is the core of my work. My approach is warm, supportive, and patient-centered. I focus on creating a nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful, sustainable improvements in your wellbeing. With training in both family practice and psychiatry, I am able to address the whole person—mind and body—and tailor treatment plans to your unique needs and goals.
