I chose medicine because I’ve always loved connecting with people—hearing their stories, understanding their concerns—and I’ve always enjoyed solving problems. Being a physician gives me the opportunity to do both: build relationships and apply clinical knowledge to help people feel better, live healthier, and feel seen.
My style is approachable, practical, and grounded in real communication. I want my patients to feel like they’re being listened to and that their concerns are being taken seriously—without jargon or judgment. Whether it’s a quick consult or something more complex, I work to bring clarity, calm, and a plan.
I’m also a father of three, a dog lover (yes, the kind who stops to say hi to every pup), and a big fan of the outdoors. I ski, scuba dive, trail run, and hike whenever I get the chance. I’ve served as a Navy medical officer and was deployed as a Lieutenant Commander—those experiences taught me discipline, compassion, and the importance of staying calm under pressure, which I carry into my medical practice every day.
At the end of the day, I genuinely enjoy what I do. Helping someone get answers, find relief, or feel supported—that’s the part of medicine that never gets old for me.
